FRESCO FRIDAYS: Gorgonzola & Fig Summer Flatbread
May is here in full force & if you're anything like us, your calendar reached full capacity weeks ago. While it's tempting to celebrate surviving a busy week with takeout on a Friday night, we've got a homemade flatbread recipe that's as delicious as it is simple for you to try instead.

Gorgonzola & Fig Summer Flatbread
Ingredients:
- Fresh Pizza Dough [store bought or homemade]
- 6 Figs Washed and Sliced
- 3 Cups of Quattro Formaggio Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Gorgonzola Cheese
- Dash of Olive Oil
- OPTIONAL: local honey + red chili flakes
Process:
- Pre-heat oven to 425.
- Roll Out Pizza Dough.
- Place pizza on pizza stone or lined baking sheet. Bake until golden and cheese is bubbly. About 15-20 minutes.
- Add figs and gorgonzola and drizzle a little but of oil.
- OPTIONAL: add local honey & red chili flakes
