SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
We've make every effort to get our orders processed and shipped as fast as possible. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. All services are provided by FedEx or UPS. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Tupelo and UPS and FedEx will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2021. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
Tupelo uses FedEx, UPS, or USPS on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
SHIPPING TO A PO BOX
We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.
ALASKA AND HAWAII
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re happy with your Tupelo products. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. For products purchased from an authorized retailer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
TUPELO RETURN POLICY
You can return your item(s) purchased from tupelogoods.com up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. TUPELO does not offer store credit or gift cards. TUPELO does not accept returns on items purchased outside of tupelogoods.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of tupelogoods.com will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.
