Shipping and Returns


At Tupelo Goods, we strive to deliver outstanding products with outstanding service. In order to deliver our products as effectively as possible, we charge a per item shipping fee.

1. Our goal for shipping fees is to cover the shipping cost. We do not seek to profit from shipping our product.
2. Shipping fees are calculated by item. Each item has been considered for which
method of shipping is most efficient. Certain items can be shipped as “Parcels”
using UPS, FedEx or similar carriers. Certain items are too large to ship as
“Parcels” and must be shipped as “Freight.” Freight items require palletization
and large trucks to access the delivery point.
3. Standard shipping to residential addresses for Freight shipments will be delivered to curbside or to a porch or driveway.
4. Items shipped to commercial addresses will be delivered to door or dock.

Tupelo UPS, LTL Carriers, or FedEx will not be shipping or delivering on the following holidays. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

Tupelo uses FedEx, UPS, LTL Carriers, or USPS on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. 


We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.


All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.



Tupelo Goods Return Policy

At Tupelo Goods, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their
purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the
following return policy:

1. New, unused items can be returned. Returned items must be packed in original
2. All returns must be complete within 30 days of the original receipt.
3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from
your refund.
5. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by emailing We will provide you with instructions on how to return
the item.
6. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in new
condition and in its original packaging. If the item meets these conditions, we will
issue a refund to your original form of payment, minus the cost of shipping and
the 10% restocking fee.
7. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on
your account.
