Grilled Peaches & Whipped Ricotta
Ingredients:
- 6 Large Peaches Halved
- 1 Cup of Whole Milk Ricotta
- 1/2 Cup of Local Honey
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Dried Lavender
Process:
- Grill Peaches until soft.
Whipped Ricotta:
- In a food processor blend ricotta with honey & cinnamon.
- Drizzle over hot peaches with a little more honey on top and a pinch of dried culinary lavender for color.
