Tupelo Goods Holiday Promotion Terms & Conditions

Effective Dates: November 27, 2024 – December 11, 2024

Thank you for your interest in Tupelo Goods' Holiday Promotion. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions, which apply to this limited-time offer. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility

• This promotion is valid on purchases made between 11/27/24 at 8:30 AM CST and 12/11/24 at 11:59 PM CST.
• To qualify, customers must purchase any four (4) Tupelo Lounge Chairs, which include the following models:
  • Bask Chair
  • Line Chair
  • Loop Chair
  • Deck Chair
  • Deck Chaise
• Fresco Dining Chairs and any other Tupelo products are excluded from this promotion.
• This offer is valid while supplies last and cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.

Gift with Purchase

• Qualifying customers will receive one (1) YETI Roadie 48 Cooler as a gift with purchase. The cooler color will be selected at the discretion of Tupelo Goods and is subject to availability.
• Tupelo Goods is not responsible for cooler fulfillment. The YETI Roadie 48 Cooler will be shipped directly from YETI.
• Tupelo Goods will strive to assist with any customer service questions related to the cooler; however, Tupelo Goods does not control YETI’s shipping timelines, address changes, or fulfillment policies.
• Limit (1) use per customer. 

Returns & Refunds

• If chairs purchased as part of this promotion are returned, the refund total will be reduced by the following:
  • Tupelo Goods’ standard restocking fee.
  • The retail value of the YETI Roadie 48 Cooler ($400).

Additional Terms

• Tupelo Goods reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Tupelo reserves the right to send any color variant and if the YETI Roadie 48 cooler is not in stock on yeti.com, Tupelo reserves the right to send a cooler in equal or higher retail value ($400). 
• This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
• All other standard Tupelo Goods Terms & Conditions and Return Policies apply.
