"We bought our in pool furniture a couple of years ago, yesterday while doing our seasonal cleaning I broke the little plugs and round feet. I sent an email to Tupelo and got a quick reply to help me replace them and also a few extras as spares. "Love it so far. Heavy duty. Looks rich. I like the fact that it’s not made of mesh, rattan or fabric. Outdoor furniture gets dirty, moldy and mildewy so easily. This will clean up easily. No moving parts so no need for hinges, bolts or screens which inevitably rust. Whit glove delivery was priceless. No unpacking, moving heavy furniture or discarding crates."
